Crazy Days

Recently I have set up a diet plan to try and lose almost 40 pounds. Its a big goal as I have let myself go for way too long now. Mostly I want to get back into the shape I was back when I was in the Infantry as I am sick of not being proud when I look at myself in the mirror. Working out a few times a day and eating a lot less should help me in this a bunch as well. So far from about 210 I am around 202 right now and hopefully will have the body I want by the end of summer. Will let you know
